The Top 5 Benefits Of Writing Articles Online.

Writing articles online is a great way to make your blog into an authority site.

If it is done correctly it could provide SEO juice that lasts for years, with the result that traffic flows to your site from articles that you have written a long time ago.

alt=2"writing articles online"Here are my top 5 benefits fromwriting articles online.

1- FREE

A great benefit because the majority of people when they first start out have very little marketing budget, so to have a free marketing platform can make a huge difference in the early stages of your online business. The results aren’t as immediate as paid marketing, but can last much longer if you get it right.

2-PROVIDES USEFUL INFO

Visitors can gain valuable info about a range of topics. It is a chance to build up YOU as a brand and tell people about your profile, your story, so that they start to get to know and trust you, making it easier for you to promote your business. You can provide marketing trainingand tips on products that will help their business move forward.

3-THE SEARCH ENGINES LOVE ARTICLES

If you write informative content that gives searchers what they are looking for, the search engines will reward you by promoting your page up through the rankings. Just remember to do your keyword research as there is no point in trying to rank for a phrase that has strong competition, unless you are already an authority site and have mastered SEO.

4-ANYONE CAN DO THIS

That’s the beauty of writing articles online, it is an area of marketing that you can begin with straight away. Just look into what is currently a hot topic in your niche, find a keyword that you can compete for, then write your article. If you are worried about what to say, check out how other people write, but don’t copy it, it has to be original, however the ideas are out there to give you inspiration. You don’t need to be a literary genius, just be you, write it your way and watch your posts improve as you start to do it regularly.

5-CREATES BACKLINKS TO YOUR SITE

You can create long lasting and effective backlinks to your site by re-writing your article about 5 different ways, then distributing it to different media outlets. Once you have published it on your blog, re-write it 5 times, then publish it through the many free outlets available and remember to put in a link back to the original blog post. The link must be to the URL of the page itself, not just to the website address, as they will give you a much better backlink. A good tip is to have a mix of social bookmark, social news, article, video and authority site backlinks if possible.

The key to writing articles online that will in the long term, turn your blog into an authority site is consistency and relevance. Ideally in the first 100 days you should aim for an article of some sort every day that has 5-7 quality backlinks coming back to it. It should be related to your niche and give visitors what they are searching for, then that should keep the bounce rate lower.

Do You Know What Stops You From Being Successful Online?

When I first started trying to make a living from marketing online I was into anything I could lay my hands on. I felt I needed to soak up as much information as possible from every valuable source I could find. It was all new to me, so I was like a headless chicken whizzing around all over the place, no direction, no focus and no real idea of whether or not this ‘Internet thing’ would work.

I put in plenty of effort and followed each course to the letter, but that was the problem. Set back after set back, nothing paid off, so I would work at them until I hit another brick wall, then simply buy into another ‘foolproof plan’ thinking this would be the one to turn my fortunes around and give me the financial freedom I was after.

It took me a while to realise that my efforts were in the wrong direction and I was trying to over complicate everything. I used to think that because I’d bought into a really complex and time consuming system, then it had to work. The problem was that I was lost in the fog of too much information. I had so much stuff going on in my head and it stopped me from making any real progress.

Does this sound familiar to you?

The first breakthrough was choosing Empower Network as the system to use. It’s an incredibly simple 3 step formula that cuts out the other 99% of stuff you don’t need.

Perfect, just what I needed.

  • It teaches you 2 basic, but very important principles.
  • 1- Blog daily.
  • 2- Market daily.
  • It tells people what to do next, a Call To Action for every situation.

Get these 3 areas right and consistently carry them out and you have the makings of a sustainable online business that has the potential to bring you $1000 daysHow cool is that.

So, stop chasing the next best thing, stop trying out too many plans, and stop getting into the fog of too much information.

Start with something that works, stick with the simple daily strategy and begin to benefit from the new lifestyle you’re about to create.

That’s what I did and you can get started for only $25!

The 4 Crucial Elements That Make Up A Blog Post.

There are 4 crucial parts that make up an effective blog post and they can apply to any topic you wish to talk about. These rules should be used every time you blog and it’s also really important that you blog every day about issues or subjects that people will find interesting or useful.

When you first start your business, if you blog daily for the next 6 months, it will give you a solid and sustainable foundation, plus a consistent online presence that the search engines will begin to notice.

There isn’t anything that is technically challenging about blogging, so nobody should have any difficulty in mastering it, the key is to be consistent and you will improve in both speed and quality the more you do it.

Don’t worry about getting tied down into always talking about your niche and thinking you will run out of ideas. You don’t have to blog just about 1 subject, in fact the opposite is probably true. People buy from people, so talk about YOU, your passions, your ideas, what makes you tick, make it interesting so that people want to read your stuff, then you will create a following and the traffic will flow in as a result.

Write about whatever you feel like that you think others will want to hear about and you’ll soon get into the swing of it. Just remember to get something down on a daily basis.

So, what are the 4 crucial elements you need to include?

1 – The Title.

This should be eye catching and sum up what the post is about. Don’t mislead readers with a catchy title that has nothing to do with the main body of the article, as the search engines won’t like it and people will quickly move away if they don’t find what they have searched for. Also avoid using ALL CAPS or using special characters (% * @ +)

2 – The Body.

Try to write 400 words or more, but not too long, 700 max. Write short paragraphs, use quotes if you can and use the editing dashboard to highlight certain keywords in bold oritalics. Lay it out so that it looks appealing, this can be helped by adding images or video from Youtube that back up what the subject is about.

If you ever use someone else’s content, then give them credit for it by referencing the source and put a link in back to the original author.

3 – The Call To Action.

This is where you tell the readers what they need to do next. If you are selling something it would be a link encouraging them to purchase via a capture page, or maybe you ask them to comment on what they feel about your post, or just ask them to share the post if they liked it. Whichever of the these options fits the post, that becomes ‘the call to action.’

The best place seems to be in a PS line at the bottom of your post, as people seem to prefer it there as it seems less ‘salesy.’

Without a call to action visitors will quickly click onto something else that grabs their attention.

4 – The Tags.

This is usually at the lower right in the posting section and a lot of people who are new to blogging either miss it, or forget to add them. Tags are 1 or a few words that describe what your post is about and they give information to the search engines.

You can see below this post the tags I’ve used for this article.

UK actor Eddie Redmayne lands Les Miserables part thanks to his iPhone.

The English actor Eddie Redmayne has secured a role in Les Miserables, using an unusual method to audition. He’s got the part of Marius thanks to a recording he made on his iPhone of him singing the song ‘Empty Chairs and Empty Tables’. This was sent to the producer of the forthcoming film.

Eddie said to the Wall Street Journal that he: “Took the iPhone and recorded myself singing Marius’ song, ‘Empty Chairs and Empty Tables’. I then sent it to my agent to show him that I enjoyed singing, and without me knowing he sent that on to the producer”.

However, using an iPhone to audition for a part isn’t an isolated case. There was a report earlier in the year about Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch who managed to do the same thing. He didn’t sing for the role, instead he put together a video using his iPhone and filming it from a kitchen.

The result was him landing a role in the new Star Trek movie.

He wasn’t available to get to the audition for the part and at the time he couldn’t find anyone to be able to film it professionally, so he took matters into his own hands and used his iPhone to record a home made audition from his friend’s kitchen.

Clearly it impressed the right person, as Director J.J Abrams described the recorded performance as being, “one of the most compelling audition readings I’d ever seen,” according to the New York Times who reported it.

Nothing has been confirmed, but the word is that Benedict will play a genetically-engineered tyrant called Khan when the film is made.

It just goes to show that we live in a ‘tech savvy’ age, where just about everything is at our fingertips and can be accessed from an iPhone. We have virtually a mobile office, that we can transport around with us anywhere we go, provided we can find a suitable internet connection.

Gone are the days where we need a ‘bricks and mortar’ building to run our business from. We can now save a huge amount in overheads by not having to buy or rent premises, cut down on staff costs and basically start a business on a shoestring budget. In fact some of the most profitable and successful businesses have been started in this way and the Internet continues to produce entrepreneurs who are quickly building fortunes for themselves.

It’s a great way to earn a living, having the time freedom to work where you want and when you want.

I didn’t think this was possible on a road bike!!

If you’re into road biking like me, you’ll appreciate how unbelievably hard these stunts are to pull off on a carbon road bike. Narrow bars and thin tyres, don’t know how he does it. Have a watch and be amazed.

Martyn Ashton is the guy pulling off the stunts and he’s using a £10K carbon road bike, which is the one used by Team Sky’s Bradley Wiggins & Mark Cavendish. This is road biking like you’ve never seen before, as he pushes the bike to it’s limits. The Pinarello Dogma 2 is the bike that won the 2012 Tour De France and I think after watching the film you’ll see why.

It’s a film by Robin Kitchin and it’s been shot at various locations around the UK and the result is a combination of some of the toughest stunts ever performed using a carbon road bike.

‘The Hobbit’ Movie, Official New Trailer!

Just in case you haven’t had a glimpse of The Hobbit movie, this official trailer will give you a little taster to whet your appetite.

Can’t wait to go and see it with the rest of the family, should be out December 14th, perfect Christmas holiday viewing.

Here’s the link courtesy of ‘The Huffington Post’

As the time to head back to Middle Earth draws closer in the Hobbit movie, this trailer gives a sneak peek into Bilbo and Gollum’s relationship, how Bilbo acquires the ring and how the tension mounts between dwarves and elves.

Plus we get an insight into why Gandalf chooses Bilbo to accompany Thorin Oakenshield on their dangerous adventure.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is a 2012 fantasy film directed by Peter Jackson. It is the first of a three-part film adaptation of the 1937 novel The Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkien, to be followed by The Desolation of Smaug and There and Back Again, due for theatrical release in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

Set sixty years before The Lord of the Rings, the story is about the hobbit Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman), who is hired by the wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) to accompany thirteen dwarves led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) on a quest across Middle-earth to reclaim theLonelyMountainfrom Smaug the dragon. The film premiered in New Zealand on 28 November 2012 and is scheduled for general release on 14 December 2012 at over 4,000 cinemas.

The Plot.

Bilbo Baggins, a curious young Hobbit is invited to journey with the wizard Gandalf and a group of Dwarves with the goal of reclaiming stolen treasure taken from their kin at the Lonely Mountain by the dragon Smaug.

The journey leads them from Bilbo’s home in the Shire through the Elven stronghold of Rivendell and through the Goblin infested Misty Mountains where Bilbo meets a creature with an object of mysterious qualities that will change his life, and the life of his family, forever. As they continue, they discover that other vile creatures also seek to destroy them.

Before filming began on 21 March 2011, the principal actors trained in sword fighting, riding and boating for a month. Jackson hoped such activities would allow the cast to bond so chemistry would be evident on screen as well as getting them used to life in Wellington.

The film stars Martin Freeman as Bilbo, with an appearance from Lord of the Rings star Elijah Wood as Frodo. Andy Serkis, Luke Evans, Hugo Weaving, Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly, Cate Blanchett, Richard Armitage and Sir Ian McKellen also star in the 3D release.

James Arthur Already Top Of The Downloads.

Within hours of The X Factor winner James Arthur releasing his first single, it went straight to the top of the download charts.

The song, ‘Impossible’ was originally a top 10 hit back in 2010 for Shontelle and by the morning after the X Factor final his version was at Number 1 on the iTunes chart.

For those wanting to buy the hard copy CD this is going to be rush released and available to buy in the shops from Wednesday 12th December. Included on the CD will be 3 of his other tracks that he did on the X Factor, ‘Sweet Dreams’, ‘Hometown Glory’ and Sexy and I Know It’.

James Arthur wins The X Factor

James battled out the final with Jahmene Douglas, who were both being mentored by Nicole Scherzinger and said when he was announced as the winner, “I am absolutely overwhelmed to have won ‘The X Factor’. I am lost for words. To have been be able to perform my winner’s single was just insane. I love the song and am so glad that proceeds of the single will be going to such a great cause.”

As well as the download charts, ‘Impossible’ has also gone into the Amazon MP3 top ten just hours after the X Factor final and on Amazon’s pre order chart the CD single has shot to the top.

So, all in all, not a bad evening’s work.

What this goes to show is the power of the internet. Only a few years ago this wouldn’t have been possible, but now it’s the norm, everyone turns to online to either access or find information.

There could never be a better time to get involved in an internet business, especially if it can be done from the comfort of having your home as your office.

James Arthur has had a huge struggle both emotionally and financially before he achieved his big break.

It doesn’t have to be that way for you.

There is an alternative, quicker, less stress free way of doing it.

Now Is Your Chance…. Don’t Pass It Up

Look, I need to be really honest with you.

Every year after the holidays — everyone always looks at the previous year with remorse about what they would have done….

…or should have done….

…or could have done.

Then they make their ‘new years resolution’ ….and most of the time – after the ‘novelty’ of the new year wears off – they continue to live the following year in “default” mode just like they lived the previous year.

And while all that “hoping and wishing” is going on by the masses, who will spend 2013 in the same situation they spent 2012 in….

Harsh but true for a lot of people out there.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

If you made that ‘New Years Resolution’ to make a break and take that chance in 2013, then do it, don’t let it pass you by.

What if I could show that by sticking with a simple 3 step formula you could actually keep to your new years resolution and make 2013 the best year ever!!

This formula will give you a product that the masses want to buy, it will show you how to market that product on a daily basis, it will let you into the inner circle of market leaders and let you look over their shoulder as they explain how they made it, and it will tell prospects what to do if they would like the same success.

AND, how many products out there give you 100% commission.

Yep, you read it right. 100% commissions means you can earn in months what would have normally taken years to reach from most other online business opportunities.

Can you say that from your current position?

Are you happy where you are right now?

Do you feel you’re valued enough?

Do you have time freedom?

Would you like to find out how you could be successful with Empower Network and share the same system that they’ve tried to keep a secret?

Only a handful will be able to share this opportunity, so grab it while it’s there and start your New Year off with a bang.

The Advantages Of Starting A Business In Your 20’s

In your 20’s you are most likely struggling to pay off student loans, or in a relatively low paid junior job post and you have a lack of budgeting experience, meaning you tend to spend whatever you earn.

You know you’re supposed to be putting a bit away for retirement, but that seems an age away and not important compared to the temptations of what you can spend your money on right here, right now.

For many young adults this means that they put off making any business decisions until the financial situation is either more stable, or the reverse when they become forced into it due to circumstances beyond their control, which could be stress from their job, insecurity about their job or redundancy.

However, being in your 20’s is actually an ideal time to enter the business world, even with college debts or low wages.

Here’s 3 good reasons why!!

TIME

Money might be tight, but you’ll always have the advantage of time, which allows you to grow your investment by reinvesting the earnings. This is called compounding and it lets you generate wealth over time, so the longer the money is put to work, the more wealth you will accumulate in the future.

RISK

When you’re young you can take on and withstand more risk, because you have years of earning potential ahead of you to recover if necessary, so it’s a great time to start a business to see if you can make a go of it. As you get older you tend to pick the safer options and as a result miss the opportunity, whereas in your 20’s you can be bolder and more aggressive in tackling any new business opportunity, then you stand to benefit from larger gains.

TECH SAVVY

You 20 somethings are a tech savvy lot, quick to learn, research and apply what you have been studying. Using online tools and techniques normally comes second nature to you and this gives you a big time advantage over others who might struggle to get to grips with new technology and systems. Chat rooms, social media and apps are all a part of everyday life for you, so as most new businesses now rely on these areas if they want to be successful, you are in a very good position to take advantage of it.

Question is, do you want to?

This could be the start of your 1st online business!!

Don’t apply if you’re OK about your student loan debts!

Don’t apply if you’re happy working for a minimum wage!
