Some Hot Tips On Using Facebook For Marketing. Posted on Betternetworker

A recently posted article on Betternetworker.  Some Hot Tips On Using Facebook For Marketing.

Some Hot Tips On Using Facebook For Marketing.

Using Facebook for marketing has opened up the possibility of finding endless potential customers for your business. With 1/2 a billion people and 1000′s of communtities to choose from, there could never be a better time to start using Facebook for marketing your business opportunities.

However, you can’t just set up your profile page and expect a flood of traffic to your site. You have to keep your fans engaged so that they want to be a part of what you have to offer.

First thing to do is set up your profile with as much info about you as possible. Your background, family, career history, motivations and all the other bits that best describe you as a person.

Once that’s done and you’ve added some good photos, you can start finding friends to add. Search for people with similar interests or people in the same area of business as yourself, then send out friend requests with a brief message attached. But don’t promote your business at this stage, as this will appear to be “spammy” and put people off you immediately. Instead try to take an interest in what they’re doing, by asking a question when you send your request.

One note of caution. Don’t be over eager adding friends, keep to 25 or less, otherwise you may find your profile removed by Facebook.

Use your wall to interact with your friends and visitors. Post your own messages about what is happening in your life, ask questions that will provoke responses, anything that will engage and entertain other users. Leave comments on other people’s posts, help people out if you have an answer to their problem, recommend other articles, be active, then watch as your fan base grows.

You can begin to form your own group once your fan base reaches a decent level. Start one based around your niche and use for it like minded people to come together to express their views, get discussions going or help out others in the group. The cool thing about having your own group is that it allows you to send messages directly to group members’ Facebook inboxes and you will gain extra recognition by being the admin and founder of the group.

Another great way of promoting you as a brand is to add an events tab to your page. You can then create an event, target who you would like to promote to, then invite those users to your event. If you make the event an open invitation, then anyone can access the page, meaning it’s not restricted to only friends and fans, so this gives you a better chance of reaching more people.

Finally, why not try out some contests and polls. These are a great way to encourage fans to interact with you directly. You could put together a photo contest where fans could vote on a winner or maybe try some polls where you ask opinions about something related to your niche.

All these types of ideas keep your page active and fresh, which means fans will want to keep visiting to find out more and in return your brand image grows with it.

How Using Social Networking For Marketing Your Business Can Be Bad.

You can’t ignore the fact that using social networking for marketing purposes has to be a part of your daily routine. However, you can very quickly turn people off if you convey the wrong message, so you need to avoid using social networking for marketing in a negative way.

Here’s a few reminders of traps to avoid.

Don’t publish your profile page without enough information.

If people are going to invest in your opportunity, they want to know every detail about you. It’s no good just having your name and where you’re from, you need a clear, inviting profile picture, your career history, your family background and anything else that will help visitors understand what you are all about.

Don’t over promote your opportunity or products.

A lot of social networking sites don’t take kindly to “spamming” your business everywhere and it may result in you being banned from their community.

Plus, if you are too upfront with your sales pitch, it’s likely to turn people away as nobody likes to be pressurised into a decision and you may come across as sounding desperate for their business.

Outrageous statements about how much money they can make will never work in the long run, once you been rumbled and can’t back up your claims.

Don’t be secretive.

No one will be interested in you or want to buy from you if they can’t find out who the real person is behind the business or opportunity, so try not to hide anything and be as open as possible with the information you give on your pages.

Tell them about your story, what motivated you into starting your business, share your family details, be yourself, let them into your everyday life, tell them about your struggles and triumphs and you’ll find visitors will be a lot more responsive.

Don’t keep the good stuff to yourself.

Don’t be selfish if you discover a great way of doing something by thinking it will give you an advantage over others. Look on it as an opportunity to gain some fresh fans by sharing it around and helping others who have similar problems.

The key to getting people on your side is to give as much as you can, listen, help and stay humble, then the leads will come knocking on your door.

5 Effective Ways Of Marketing Through Facebook

You need to know how to make the most of marketing through Facebook if you want to take advantage of all the potential leads that it generates. However, what are the most effective ways of marketing through Facebook? The following list outlines some of the essentials that you need to get right if you want to market successfully using social media sites like Facebook.

1- Establish Your Facebook Identity

Although this sounds obvious, you have to remember that people tend to judge on first impressions, so get this part wrong and very few people will want to develop a business relationship with you.

Make sure your profile picture is the best you have available or if you don’t have a suitable one, get 1 done, as a load of people will make their mind up about you just from the picture your put out.

Add as much personal info as you’re willing to share, the more open the better, use lots of photos to show your life and interests and this will build up trust in your identity.

2- Create a Fanpage

This is designed to be a platform for advertising your business, brand, company, products or a celebrity. You can encourage users to “like” your page and become fans. You can then interact with these fans and their friends will also see this through their own feeds, which hopefully gets you more fans, then your page will spread virally without any extra work from you.

3- Be Different & Regularly Renew Content

Try to stand out with what you’re saying and post regularly. Nobody wants to read a page that has nothing to say, so keep it interesting and keep it fun by adding your twist to things, publishing zany photos, posting questions that beg to be answered or maybe giving your thought for the day.

4- Create Exclusive Landing Pages

Use different pages to target different types of users. When new users land on the pages, you can encourage them to become fans by only revealing the contents of the page once they hit the “like” button. This creates some intrigue for the visitor and prompts them into finding out what’s been hidden, then if you’ve provided them with something useful, they will be happy to stay as a fan and will be eager for more of your information.

5- Integration

A great way to gain more traffic and for more people to see your business, is to integrate your Facebook page with your blog. This can be done with plugins and like boxes, so that your Facebook feed is visible in the sidebar of your blog and you have a “like” button at the end of each article. You can make it so that your Fanpage is shown rather than your personal page, which will be more effective as it means more visitors have the chance to become your fans if they “like” what they see.

3 Hot Tips For Using Social Networks For Marketing. Posted on Betternetworker

Posted this article to Betternetworker about social media tactics. 3 Hot Tips For Using Social Networks For Marketing.

3 Hot Tips For Using Social Networks For Marketing.

For any online business to be successful these days, you need to be using social networks for marketing purposes. However, what type of methods work best when you start using social networks for marketing your products or services?

1- Don’t over promote your business

Remember that a lot of people use social networks purely to be “social”, so just don’t just ram your business message down their throats without interacting or finding out what they are interested in first, as the majority will react more favorably if you leave the promotion till later.

Get to know who you are marketing to, take an interest in their lives and share your everyday life with them, so that they know the type of person you are. Then when the trust and familiarity has been built up, you can slowly introduce more direct marketing methods of pushing your opportunity or products.

2- Controversy creates curiosity

You will usually get a lot more people to read your article if it contains a title that is begging to be investigated. Try putting a negative spin into what the message is trying to say. You might say, “What is the point of social networking?”, but the article could contain the reasons why it’s great, so you have still given value, but got more reaction by questioning if it’s a good idea.

3- Interview the experts

See if you can get access to the industry experts and then interview them about their latest new project. Be sure to ask questions that readers will want answers to, then the result will be a sought after article or video that provides great information to your potential future recruits.

The effect is three fold. The industry expert gains more publicity for their new hot project, you get to be associated with the success of it and your branding gets noticed more, because of the extra reach your connection will bring. This in turn gets people checking you out more as a leader, which should generate additional leads interested in your business.

Have You Tried These Social Media Tips And Tactics? Posted on Betternetworker

Just posted this to Betternetworker. Have You Tried These Social Media Tips And Tactics?

Have You Tried These Social Media Tips And Tactics?

Due to the popularity of Facebook and Twitter, social media tips and tactics are always being looked for. It needs to be a combination of methods to make it successful, so what I’ve done is outline a variety of social media tips and tactics that should make a difference to your marketing campaigns.

Try These Social Media Tips And Tactics.

Use the events tab on Facebook

Create an event you can invite your fans to. This could be a live training session on something that could help people with their online business or it could be a Q & A session. If you’re worried about the “live” element, you could prepare it beforehand and present it as a powerpoint presentation. Just make sure the subject matter is of value to your audience and the result will be your following starting to grow.

There are quite a few good webinar platforms that you could use, which are all fairly simple to operate and allow interaction between the presenter and guests.

Offer help to others

Don’t just focus on your personal brand building. Look through the comments and articles on other people’s pages and see if there is any help you can give to any questions that have been posted. Leave your advice as a comment on their wall, then this gets linked back to your page and helps your page to grow virally.

People will appreciate the effort and the fact you have given your advice for nothing in return, so this will make them more inclined to trust you and to check out your fan page or blog.

Recommend other people’s work

Follow successful people, not necessarily the very famous, as everyone does that, but the ones always delivering good content. You can then “like” or ”retweet” their articles and this will get your name noticed as someone who associates with the guys who know what they are talking about.

If you can start interacting with these people, then others will start paying attention to your content, which in turn will bring you fresh leads into your business.

Which Jobs Working Online Can You Do? Posted on Betternetworker

Here's a few home based jobs to consider from an article on Betternetworker. Which Jobs Working Online Can You Do?

Which Jobs Working Online Can You Do?

Jobs working online covers a huge range of subjects once you start looking, but it’s knowing which 1 is going to suit your needs and qualifications that’s the hard part. The types of jobs working online that you should concentrate on should be ones that you can get passionate about and you will always find stimulating.

After all, this will be your new business, so there is no point in picking a subject you know nothing about or can’t get fired up about, as the chances are it won’t last long once the initial enthusiasm has worn off and you start to hit a few setbacks.

Here are 3 types of jobs working online to think about.

1- Start a baby announcement website

This would make a great business for any stay at home mums who have a creative and fun side to their talents.

You could create baby announcements and invitations customised to the design requirements of your website visitors. These could be electronic or printed depending on the job specification and could be for births, baby showers, baby gifts, tee shirts, christenings, baptisms or anything else related to this area.

The site could produce additional streams of revenue for you by adding affiliate links or by selling ad space to companies in your niche. As long as you get decent targeted, traffic you should be able to generate some secondary sales to your business.

2- Start a cooking and recipe website

These types of sites are very popular, so if you love to cook and can provide recipes and tips on what people are searching for, then you have the makings of a profitable business. If you do some keyword research and establish a niche that’s always being searched for, then build your site around this subject.

It could be on quick meals, gourmet cooking, ethnic recipes, healthy eating, diabetic cooking, vegetarians, the list goes on, just find a niche keyword within those areas and optimise your content based on that phrase.

3- Start an Arts and Craft website

If you have loads of Arts and Craft ideas, then why not use that knowledge to profit from your own website dedicated to what you know and can teach to other people. You could share your tips and tools and make some money by turning your best ideas into mini courses to sell on your site. They would have to be step by step guides, ideally with good photos showing each stage, so initially a lot of work involved in the set up, but once completed, these could provide revenue for years to come, as the popular craft projects don’t tend to date very quickly.

You can also join affiliate programs which can provide products and services on Arts and Crafts that you would receive commission from if any visitors clicked on your lnks and went onto purchase anything.

3 Types Of Jobs Working From Home On Computer. Posted on Betternetworker.

I've just posted this article to Betternetworker about a few busineses you could start using only your laptop. 3 Types Of Jobs Working From Home On Computer

3 Types Of Jobs Working From Home On Computer

Are you looking for ideas about jobs working from home on computer? It’s surprising that once you start researching, there is a wide variety of jobs working from home on computer that could be suited to your particular skills or knowledge.

Create an affiliate website

If you put a website together based around 1 subject, you could generate multiple income streams by putting ads on your site that link to other companies products. If you have website building knowledge, SEO skills to attract traffic and can open accounts with the profitable affiliate companies like Commission Junction, Clickbank and the CPA companies, then this could provide a decent income for you.

Choose something that you are very interested in, spend some extra time researching, so that you become an authority on the subject, then put all the information into logical, easy to follow categories, all based around your chosen topic. Provide a wide range of useful points, services, resources, product links and include any tips you can recommend to keep your visitors interested and more inclined to click through to your affiliate links.

Create a money saving website

If you love a bargain and regularly try to save money on your purchases, why not pass on your skills to others and create a website around obtaining discounts, coupons and freebies. You can search online for available offers, then tell people which companies are promoting them on your site.

A lot of these firms have affiliate programs which you can join, which means you can earn commission in 2 ways. When someone clicks on your affiliate link, you can earn and if that visitor then goes on to buy something, you can earn even more.

Create an Antiques & Collectibles info website

If you have a passion for hunting out collectibles and antiques, you could share this knowledge and expertise by starting a website community. This could be a general website for everything related to antiques and collectibles, with info on resources, pricing, reviews, where to locate dealers and buyers and locating specific items.

Once you have enough traffic coming to your site, you could then monetise it by charging for advertising space or by selling your own items to other interested visitors. This could be set up quite easily with a shopping cart plugin, linked to your Paypal account to take payment for your sales.

Are You Considering A New Home Based Business Opportunity? Posted on Betternetworker

A recent article about different areas of business start ups. Are You Considering A New Home Based Business Opportunity?

Are You Considering A New Home Based Business Opportunity?

new home based business opportunity is a big decision to make, as there is so much choice out there, where do you begin? If you are thinking about launching a new home based business opportunity, then you need to be aware of what’s available as a suitable start up business. You can choose from loads of different niches, but some of the less well known areas are outlined below.

ORGANICS

The Organic Industry is expanding hugely each year in the majority of developed countries. In the UK alone, it grew by a staggering 40% last year and in the US, a healthy 20% yearly growth is taking place. You can now turn this into a home business opportunity and learn how to generate a sustainable income from this exciting, highly profitable industry.

You can do this by promoting organic skincare and health products, so if you feel strongly about this area and would like to turn it into a business, then this could be an ideal time to break into the market.

ONLINE LOTTO SYSTEM

This is a fun area to get into if you like taking a gamble. You can join a syndicate lotto system and use their succesful methods of winning to produce an income for yourself. As you enrol more people you should see your home business grow by 10-20% every month and with it your monthly commissions.

The e-lotto program is really simple to operate, works all over the world and is great fun to be a part of. You will get websites that function brilliantly well, the concept is a one-off, so there’s little competition and you will be backed by a competant management team.

VACATION CLUB

Why not make some money out of the travel industry? You could set up a network marketing business selling memberships to a vacation club. You could earn commission through 2 streams, by either enrolling members to your affiliate program, who would in turn recruit their own team or by getting people to join for the fantastic holiday deals on offer.

Either way you would earn your income from commission generated through each sale to new members. You could build up a nice residual income because you split all the sales 50/50 whenever your affiliate team enrolls a new member and the cool thing about this business is that you can benefit from all the bargain price vacations on offer, so you get the lifestyle and the income combined.

Can you tell it’s one of my favorites?

What Is The Most Successful Home Based Business? Posted on Betternetworker

Just posted this article to Betternetworker about choosing a business opportunity. What Is The Most Successful Home Based Business?

What Is The Most Successful Home Based Business?

Are you wondering which is the most successful home based business? The type you choose will depend on how much experience you have, so the most successful home based business will be the one that suits your skills and meets all of your requirements.

You also have to be aware of the opportunities to avoid as well, because a lot of them will only generate a small income for you or they will take years before the returns really kick in, or in some cases money will be lost.

Pyramid Schemes

To be avoided at all costs. A pyramid scheme is a non sustainable business model that involves promising people payment or services, in return for enrolling others into the scheme or training plan, rather than supplying any real investment. They’re been around for a long time and a lot of them are disguised to hide their true nature.

The scheme combines a fake, but credible business with a simple to understand, yet sophisicated sounding money making formula which is used for profit. “Mr Big”at the top of the pyramid only makes 1 payment to his first recruit to start the scam rolling. He then recruits others, who also make 1 payment to those they recruit. As each new recruit makes a payment “Mr Big” receives a cut, so his profits increase as more people join the scheme.

These schemes rarely involve the sale of real products and are usually accompanied by fake testimonials and information. The money simply travels up the line and only the guys at the very top tend to benefit, while the rest are almost guaranteed to lose money.

Web Surfing and reading paid emails

You can link up with companies who will pay you to surf, view ads, take surveys or read emails, but the returns are tiny and usually there is a payout limit of $30 before you get any money, so most people can’t be bothered to wait months to collect such small amounts and end up ditching the idea, due to the high volume of work needed to make it worthwhile.

Traditional MLM

The old school model requires you to contact family and friends, then anyone else you come into contact with, buy lists of supposedly red hot leads and try and recruit all of these people into your opportunity. You will be lured in by the rich pickings of the guys at the top earning fortunes, when in reality it’s probably taken years to get their list that big. There is money to be made in traditional MLM, but you have to be prepared to work hard over a period of years before you see any decent returns on your investment.

Affiliate Marketing

This can work really well and a lot of money can be made if you know what you’re doing, but it’s not something to recommend if you are a newbie with no SEO skills. Essentially affiliate marketing is where you attract visitors to your site, which has ads about your affiliate product. The visitors then click on your ads, which sends them to the product page, they buy the product and you receive commission on each sale.

However, unless you know how to generate huge amounts of targeted traffic to your site, the sales could be small or in a lot of cases, non existent, so you need Keyword research and optimisation skills to make this business work.

So………what makes the most successful home based business?

If you are just starting out, you need to pick an opportunity that provides training, an acheivable compensation plan and is simple to implement. Try These 5 Cheap Home Business Ideas. Posted on my blog.

Just put this article on my blog about different types of home business that are inexpensive and easy to set up. Try These 5 Cheap Home Business Ideas.

Try These 5 Cheap Home Business Ideas

Most people would like the prospect of a business with low start up costs, so everyone is always on the lookout for cheap home business ideas. There are all sorts of cheap home business ideas that are suitable to be run from online, it’s just a question of finding one that you will enjoy doing and that suits your skills.

Here are 5 cheap home business ideas to consider.

1. Consultant

If you have a particular skill for things like copywriting, SEO or web design, then the chances are you can charge companies who would rather pay a freelance as and when they need these services, instead of having the expense of full time employees doing the work. Networking is the key to being a successful consultant, so the more people who are aware of your skills, the better your chance of being hired.

2. Avon Independent Sales Representative

Cosmetics will always be in demand and Avon have both wellness and beauty products that you could sell, all for a small sign up fee and a few dollars for your initial stock to get you started. Although mainly consisting of women reps, an increasing number of men are now being successful as well. The secret is knowing how to build your downline, so you will need to develop network marketing and direct selling skills.

3. Desktop Publishing

You can make this work locally by designing simple flyers or brochures or maybe offer stationery design for customers who don’t have the skills or equipment to be able to do it themselves. Put a portfolio together and show it to people in your local area to generate some interest.

4. Ebay Seller

If you’re good at finding bargains at car boot sales and flea markets, why not step it up a notch and make a business out of it, by selling your discoveries for profit on ebay. There are plenty of people doing just that and making a decent living from it. The secret is to research your market well, so that you can spot the gems. You then need to be very professional with the way you run your ebay store and always keep your customer service at a 5 star rating.

5. Secretarial Service

Lots of small businesses require typing, transcription or proofreading services and would be quite happy to pay someone who can offer these skills. You could set yourself up and charge per job or by the hour, depending on what was required.

Are You A Home Based Business Opportunity Seeker? Posted on Betternetworker

This is an article I did for Betternetworker about the confusion of Biz Opps. Are You A Home Based Business Opportunity Seeker?

Are You A Home Based Business Opportunity Seeker?

If you are a home based business opportunity seeker, I'm sure you will find the choice of which company to invest in as being a difficult and bewildering decision to make. As a home based business opportunity seeker you want the lifestyle potential, but want to avoid being ripped off by some scam.

Because of the huge choice out there and the hype that surrounds most of the products, a lot of people get sucked into buying overpriced, useless systems, often with monthly membership charges attached that are difficult to get out of.

The average home based business opportunity seeker needs money NOW, so they end up searching out of desperation and the end result is that people frequently get ripped off. They get lured in by the false promises of "instant overnight wealth", because they convince themselves that the sales page can't be wrong, all the testimonials are true and that they can't fail if they stick to the bluprint.

This seems to be the biggest problem facing people who are new to online business opportunities and it traps even the most savvy of people. What happens is that at this stage, because they don't know any different, they choose "get rich quick" over "work hard, learn the skills to build a
business", then if it fails they somehow believe that they haven't wasted too much time on it.

Then, they'll probably start again with another similar scam and the process gets repeated until they have wasted 6 months of time and a load of money on useless money making systems. The reality is that if they'd taken the "hard work, learn the skills" path, they would most likely be well
established and earning a living from their new business.

Human nature responds to hype and this is why even the legitimate home business opportunities have to pitch their ads this way, otherwise they wouldn't attract enough leads to their sites, so they all create enticing sales letters just like the rest of them and this is what makes it so
confusing for anyone searching into home businesses.

You can check companies out with advice sites like the Better Business Bureau, RipoffReport or the ComplaintsBoard, but the trouble is you can't compare complaints against sales, so 100 complaints against a company doing 1000 sales, is much worse than 1 with 100 complaints doing 100,000 sales.

The best way is to check out the person behind the product. They should be prepared to guide you through the difficult early stages, have nothing to hide about their contact details, their career history, family life, everything should out in the open, with genuine testimonials from the people they have helped.

Another good way to begin is to start a "self-funding home business", where you sell a funded proposal at a price everyone can afford, then educate your sign ups into investing in your high end business further down the line. This way you get regular, smaller amounts coming in that will fund your marketing and education as you progress.

Are You Confused By Network Marketing Compensation Plans? Just posted on Knol.google.com

A recent article about compensation plans posted to Knol.google.com. Are You Confused By Network Marketing Compensation Plans?

Are You Confused By Network Marketing Compensation Plans? Posted on Betternetworker

Just posted this article about compensation plans on Betternetworker. Are You Confused By Network Marketing Compensation Plans?

Are You Confused By Network Marketing Compensation Plans?

There seems to be loads of different network marketing compensation plans out there and many appear to be very hard to understand, which is why a lot of newbies become baffled and disappointed when the promised income doesn't materialise. The type of network marketing compensation plans a company offers shouldn't be your first thought. If you are new to the industry you need to check out the product you're promoting as your top priority. This has to be something you can get passionate about, so that you can promote with confidence when you start to generate leads.

The Different Types Of Network Marketing Compensation Plans

Matrix Plan

You usually have a first level of between 2 to 7 and anywhere from 5 to 50 levels deep. So with a 4 x 12 matrix you would have 4 legs on level 1, then 12 down each leg. If people drop out, which is common, your earnings are affected as to what you can achieve.

Binary Plan

You need to recruit 2 people to your first level, then from there infinite levels can be created. This can involve more work because you generally get paid from the side with the lowest sales, so you might wait longer for your commission until your lower leg achieves a certain volume.

Unilevel Plan

Consists of unlimited first level width, so you can personally sponsor any amount of distributors at level 1, then create a depth of 5 to 10 levels. With this plan you can predict and control your earnings based on the effort you put in, plus receive bonuses from your downline's efforts.

Breakaway Plan

Basically the same as Unilevel except that once a member of your downline reach's a certain leadership level, they "breakaway" to form their own plan. This is good for encouraging members to sponsor, but means you lose income as they breakaway and someone less qualified replaces them.

Perpetual Leverage Plan

This model is used in many home business opportunities and it rewards all members the same amount at each level, so the downline get the same amount from each of their sales as the guy at the top. The ability to earn a substantial residual income comes from when the people you recruited start to make sales as well, because you get 50% of the commission on offer for each of their sales. So, if you had 10 team members, you would have the income from all their recruited members, plus all the new ones you were bringing on board as well.

The thing to remember when choosing your plan is whether you are up to the task of hitting those levels. How many people do you need to sponsor to get your income going. The Unilevel and Stair-Step Breakaway require you to sponsor large numbers of frontline distributors to earn a good income so you need to be confident of your ability, whereas the Binary Plan needs less sign ups, but more effort put in on training and support to help distributors establish their business.

To sum up, you need to choose a company that provides you with the best opportunity and one that supports you and your distributors each step of the way. Pick a company with a practical business model that has a product you are happy to promote and that others will be attracted to investing in.

People are always looking for legitimate home business ideas. You might still be employed but need a little extra on the side, a student or maybe just scratching around for ideas. Whatever your situation you need to be sure that they are legitimate home business ideas and not some scam that you get tempted into.

All these jobs can be started in a small way and developed into a full time income, depending on the time you have available and what you want to achieve from your new business.

Here are 5 legitimate home business ideas to think about.

1- Online Marketing

Not quite as simple as the others on the list. First you need to choose a subject you know a lot about or are prepared to learn so that you know it inside & out. Then buy yourself a domain and create the site based around your niche, so that the theme and content all reflect the subject you're trying to promote. Now you can hook up some affiliate products about your niche and monetise the site from any sales you make. The hard part is attracting visitors, so this is where you will need SEO knowledge on free marketing techniques, but essentially it's a case of finding the right keywords, regularly adding fresh content and creating back links. Get this right and a decent income can be made.

2- House Organizer

Nobody seems to have any time left these days to keep organized and once the rot has set in, it seems like too big a task to do anything about it. Plus there are lots of people wanting to simplify their lives by getting rid of stuff, but find it difficult knowing where to start. This is where you
could set up a local business and offer this service at a reasonable hourly rate. If you are good at taking charge, have organizational skills and can provide storage solutions for people, this could be the business for you.

3- Petsitter and/or Housesitter

Homeowners seem more concerned then ever about leaving their houses unattended for any length of time, so you could set up a housesitting service in your local area. The same applies for pets while the owners are away, you could exercise and feed their animals for them. If you are likeable, reliable and trustworthy, that's probably all the skills you'll need, plus transport to get you around.

4- Shopping & Errands Service

Always popular around holiday time, when extra things have to be done, but people would rather pay someone else to do it. It could be a list of shopping items for the holiday that have to be bought from the nearest mall, or it may be online items that people aren't confident about buying, or sometimes items might have to be collected. Again if you are trustworthy and organized then you should find business in your local area.

5- Tutoring

There seems a growing market for home tutoring as parents get more disillusioned with the education system. If you know enough to be able to coach on a particular topic, then contact your local schools and groups and offer your services. You could tutor school subjects, music, sport or IT skills to all age groups if you have the knowledge and flair for teaching.

Top 10 Tips On How To Improve Personality Development. Posted on Betternetworker

This is a recent article put onto Betternetworker. Top 10 tips on how to improve personality development.

Top 10 Tips On How To Improve Personality Development

There usually comes a point in your online business when you need to know how to improve personality development. You may not be where you expected to be, so that's when the questions and doubts creep in. This is when it's a good idea to refer to a list of ways of how to improve personality development.

As long as you are working to everything mentioned in this list, then there is no reason why your business shouldn't progress and become successful.

10 Ways On How To Improve Personality Development

1- Be Passionate About Your Business

You have to believe in what you are doing and don't get put off by others who think it's a crazy idea that will never work. Ignore them and anything else that prevents you from making your goals.

2- Get The Job Done

It's easy to make excuses when things aren't going according to plan. You blame the methods you're using, your mentor, your lack of time. None of these are the reason, because it works for other people, so find a way through. The buck stops with you.

3- Go The Extra Mile

You have to be prepared to push yourself that extra bit to make it happen. In the early days of your business there will lots of frustrating parts
that you feel you can't overcome. This is when you have to dig deep and find the answer.

4- Time Management

Get yourself into a step by step daily formula that you can work to. This will stop you from veering off into time wasting areas and will make sure that you focus on the methods that work and bring you results.

5- Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Be prepared to challenge yourself by learning new skills. For most people it's a huge learning curve to start an online business, so you have to have a very positive, open minded attitude and embrace any changes you need to make.

6- Don't Fear Failure

Don't worry about making mistakes, you will make loads in your journey and a lot of them may hold you back for a while, but once you've made them, these methods can be eliminated and you can move on.

7- Make Yourself Known

Brand yourself in all your communications. Whatever content you put out there is a slice of your personality, so make sure it shows you in a positive light. It's you you're trying to sell to other people, so the more personal the message the better.

8- Come Across As A Leader

Whatever you learn and however little you know, use it well. Become an authority on whatever topic you tackle, then you have the knowledge to pass it on to others and if you put your message across in the right way, you will attract followers.

9- Effort And Consistency

This is linked to your daily plan, but is crucial. Marketing your business every day with relevant and sustained effort is much better than huge
bursts of activity once a month. Effort and regularity will win the day every time.

10- Don't Give Up

I know this sounds like an obvious 1 to end on, but there are loads of people who literally could have made it through with only a few more weeks or months of effort. They had done everything right apart from seeing it through to success and it was just that final bit of belief that prevented them.

Get A Network Marketing Business Plan And Clear The Internet Fog. Posted on Betternetworker

This is an article I recently added onto Betternetworker. Get a network marketing business plan and clear the internet fog!!

Get A Network Marketing Business Plan And Clear The Internet Fog.

A network marketing business plan is crucial to your online success. In the early days it is all too easy to get overwhelmed with all the information being thrown at you, so you need to create a network marketing business plan that will stop this from happening.

You can work on your personal development and get into a positive frame of mind so that you're mentally prepared, but without a daily plan you can very quickly go off course and end up wasting time on areas that don't progress your business.

What often happens is that you get bombarded with so much stuff that you're convinced is the fast track to riches, that you buy into one of these products, spend weeks setting it up, get nowhere with it, then along comes another product to tempt you and you get sucked in again. The cycle keeps repeating and before you know what, 6 months have passed, you have run out of money and nothing has worked. We have all done it to a certain extent.

The other problem again stems from information overload. You have downloaded so much info, that you now can't work out where to begin, as you are blinded by so many choices. The result is you keep going over all the information again and again, making different plans, but in the end you just sit there and do nothing. The Internet fog has stopped you from taking action and you are going round in circles.

At this point you either become disillusioned and give up, or the strong ones get back to basics and start working to a plan.

If you have chosen the right mentor they should set you up with a network marketing business plan that is simple to do and gets results.

It needs to be based around the amount of time you have available, because you might still be working full time and only have a few hours a day free to do marketing. This is no quick fix, it has to be a combination of effort and consistency. Do a little every day is much better than posting out a mass of stuff in 1 go. Learn the basics first. There is a lot of setting up to do initially and a lot of procedures to learn before you can start to actively market your business. Take your time, set it all up in the right order, stick to your daily strategy and the results will come.

By having a daily formula you know exactly what you have to do each day to build your list and this is what will make your business successful. Build a list of people who trust you as a leader and an authority on your chosen niche, then slowly your leads will turn into customers, your reputation will spread virally and you have the basis for a long term stream of income.

Once you know which areas of marketing to concentrate on that bring in results, you can be totally focused on making this work in the knowledge that you're not getting side tracked into any more useless products that promise the earth, but don't deliver.

The 7 step daily formula is a network marketing business plan split into tasks anyone can do and get results from. For more information CLICK HERE, or check out TimIdle.com.

Andy Andrews Books, The Traveller's Gift. Just posted on Goarticles.

Recently added this post about a book to recommend on self help. Andy Andrews Books, The Traveller's Gift.

Andy Andrews Books | The Traveller's Gift. Posted on Betternetworker.

Just written this article on Betternetworker about a book recommendation on mindset. Andy Andrews Books | The Traveller's Gift

Andy Andrews Books | The Traveller's Gift

I've just finished reading one of Andy Andrews books, the Traveller's Gift and wanted to recommend it as a great personal development tool. Andy Andrews books always weave a compelling story and this one is no different. I couldn't put it down and had to find out where it was going to take me next and how it would end.

The Travellers Gift is a modern day parable of the choices a man faces and the attitudes that make the difference between success and failure.

The central character David Ponder is almost at breaking point and feeling pretty desperate. Whilst out driving and contemplating what to do, his car skids on an icy road and at that split second he wonders if he's even bothered about surviving the crash. But an extraordinary experience awaits him...

He regains consciousness to find himself travelling back in time, meeting some of the wisest heroes and leaders that ever lived at the most crucial moments in their lives. He meets amoungst others, Abraham Lincoln, King Soloman, Anne Frank and Harry Truman and each encounter delivers a winning life lesson. These lessons create an attitude by which to live by for a fulfilled and successful life.

By the time his incredible journey is over, he has received seven secrets for success and a second chance to create a life worth living, no matter what stands in his way.

The book is a great read even without the underlying message, but the lessons it delivers are so relevent to the mindset needed for success in Internet marketing that it would make an excellent choice of reading material if you're just beginning on your online journey, or if you've got to the stage where you are questioning why you are doing it.

Everyone at some stage on the road to trying to achieve online business success tends to have a few wobbles and feels like giving up, so if just keep reminding yourself of the seven secrets, or re-read the book again, I'm sure it will give you the motivation back to carry on and get to your goal.

A lot of the time Internet marketing can seem like a lonely business, even though you communicate with loads of people, often the decisions and hurdles have to be faced by yourself, so these are the moments when you need a good mentor to guide you through and solve any problems you might have.

5 Blog Post Writing Help Tips. Posted on GoArticles.com

Just posted this on Goarticles.com. 5 Blog Post Writing Help Tips.

5 Blog Post Writing Help Tips. Posted on Betternetworker

Just posted this on Betternetworker. 5 Blog Post Writing Help Tips!!

5 Blog Post Writing Help Tips

Blog post writing help seems to be an area many newbies are looking for advice on. This task doesn't have to be as daunting as a lot of people think and if you follow these 5 blog post writing help tips, you should feel more confident about tackling the process.

For a lot of people writing doesn't come naturally, but blog posts are a crucial part of your marketing, so you need to get over any hangups you have about it and make it part of your regular schedule.

Don't make these your excuses to sit there and do nothing;

- I find writing difficult, because it takes so long.

- I can never think about anything to write about.

- I don't have enough knowledge yet.

- I don't enjoy doing articles.

What To Write About?

Google the niche you're in or one related to your topic and find out what other people are writing about. Pick an area that you understand and write your own spin on it. You could do a review article about a product, state your opinion about a topic, write about your experiences or something you have learned that others could benefit from. Check out the article directories for inspiration and these will also give you the hot topic areas that are most popular.

Putting It Together.

Once you have your research, the next thing is to do the title. Base this around your keyword and make sure the keyword appears as close to the beginning as possible, as the search engines generally cut off any words shown after 60 characters.

Before you write the body, put some bullet points down that will form the structure of your article. That will keep you focused just on the topic and remind you of what you want to say.

Plan to write between 400 and 500 words, as that is usually what the article directories like if you plan to publish there and anything much longer will tempt readers to skip bits. However, remember to make sure each part adds value, so try not to pad the article out just to make up the length.

Mention the keyword about 3 times throughout the article, then Google will recognise the niche you're promoting and rank it accordingly. Ideally put the key phrase twice in the 1st paragraph and again in the resource box at the end.

Be Yourself.

Find your own style, as it's your personal branding that you are trying to promote. Visitors will only buy from you once they trust you as a brand or leader, so put your slant on your writing. As long as it comes across as sounding sincere and honest don't worry about it being too professional, just make sure you deliver the information that searchers are looking for. The more you open up about yourself, the more most people will appreciate it as having a human touch to it.

Make Yourself Understood.

Everyone needs to be able to understand your post, so don't try and reproduce material that you don't understand, because it might come across that way to the reader and then you have blown any trust you may have built up. Explain things in a way that makes sense to you and then most likely the reader will get it to.

Check It Over.

Read through your article slowly before you publish it, check for spellings and grammar. If anything sounds odd, now is the time to alter it, but
don't spend too long, as you will need to regularly post blogs, so the important thing is to get it published and start generating traffic from it.

Now it's up to you, start taking action with this blog post writing help and get your articles published.

Internet marketing is a great business to be in and I was lucky enough to find a mentor that taught me a 7 step daily formula that simplified
everything into daily tasks that anyone can do. If you would like to find out more, then check out TimIdle.com for further information.

Do you want to earn extra cash? Working at home jobs can provide it. Posted on Goarticles .com

Just posted this article on Betternetworker, Do you want to earn extra cash? Working from home jobs can provide it.

Do You Want To Earn Extra Cash? Working From Home Jobs Can Provide It.

You may have just begun your online marketing business, but as is usually the case, you need to earn extra cash. Working from home jobs that can give

you the extra to fund your Internet marketing can be very useful. So, what type of work will allow you to earn extra cash? Working from home jobs can

include a wide variety and a lot of them require very little in the way of experience or qualifications.

Web Content Writer.

You can hire yourself out as a freelance web content writer and carry out work for several different companies or clients. The idea is that you write

articles or blog posts on topics sent to you by the people you are contracted to. How much you make depends on your skill as a writer and how fast you

can produce the work, plus how many hours you are prepared to devote to it.

Use your home as a call center.

This is a growing market, where you can use your home as call center. You could be a customer service representatives, call center operator or

salesperson. All you need is a dedicated phone line, a fast Internet connection and somewhere quiet to work. You can choose the hours by either

working a normal 9-5 or maybe be more flexible and work shift patterns. You will have to document the calls coming in and the results of what has been

said in the calls. The downside is that the return is low to start with, but stick with it as the business and earnings will increase.

Auction your stuff.

Have a clear out of all your rooms, put together all those unwanted presents, then auction them on Ebay. It's amazing what you consider to be junk

could fetch some decent money from interested buyers. But don't try and fix a certain amount in your head that you want for each item, chances are

you'll end up disappointed. The market will dictate the price, so go on the basis that anything earned is better than the stuff doing nothing lying

around your house.

House-Sitting.

This can mean a variety of things. You could be asked to simply drop by and water plants, or collect mail, or maybe have the responsibility of doing

essential tasks while the owners are away. You would need to look into getting a business license if you wanted to start this as a business, but very

few firms are locally based, so it could be a good earner as most companies are national. Do some local newspaper or online advertising or hand out a

few fliers and business cards to test your local area for business.

Any of the above could be a vital way to earn extra cash. Working from home jobs that can support your long term goal of an Internet business can be a

real lifeline in the early days.
